## Context

Pre spans several repositories and previously relied too heavily on conversational context.

## Decision

`prepace/main`, published at `main.pre.bi`, is the canonical map of the system: terminology, boundaries, observed status, contracts, decisions, schemas, and ordered roadmap.

It does not absorb every implementation repository.

## Consequences

- Cold participants receive one reliable starting point.
- Related repos remain independently addressable holons.
- `main` must stay compact and distinguish observation from aspiration.
- Implementation changes that alter canonical boundaries must update `main`.
