## Context

Traditional software makes participants translate between unrelated database, API, shell, browser, and human interface models.

## Decision

Pre defines shared holons, relations, operations, authority, evidence, and receipts. DB, API, CLI, DOM, GUI, email, and agent tools are purpose-specific projections and transports over that world.

## Consequences

- Human and agent interfaces can share the same action semantics.
- New interfaces need adapters and renderers, not new ontologies.
- Capability resolution becomes more important than command proliferation.
- Stored representations never gain authority merely because an interface can display them.
