> Pre is building a durable, permissioned continuity layer for human and organizational context.

The immediate purpose of this site is modest: let any new human or agent reconstruct the system accurately without inheriting an enormous chat transcript.

## The system map

- **Pre** governs identity, custody, provenance, authority, and respect.
- **Presertion** preserves durable relational knowledge: what is known, claimed, evidenced, disputed, or corrected.
- **HARnest** preserves durable relational agency: what is being attempted, by whom, under what authority, with what evidence.
- **Har** is the candidate realtime relational substrate beneath those systems. It is a contract before it is a fork.
- **Stow** is the human and local encounter layer through which ordinary computer use holonizes the open Internet.
- **`*.pre.bi`** gives people and organizations durable network presence.

## What Step 0 proves

This repository now treats content itself as an early demonstration of the architecture:

1. canonical Markdown remains directly readable;
2. a trusted server compiler creates a structured JSON projection;
3. the projection contains navigation, provenance, blocks, and resolved design classes;
4. one renderer serves every nested page route;
5. the filesystem can later be replaced by Har without replacing the page contract.

## The operating rule

**Contracts before adapters. One complete loop before a platform. One holon before multi-tenancy. A concrete incompatibility before a fork.**
