## Source policy

Raw conversations, transcripts, repository states, diagrams, and experiments are evidence for decisions. They are not automatically canonical truth.

`main` distills them into explicit context and decision records while preserving enough provenance to revisit disputed conclusions.

## Initial source classes

- August 2026 architecture discussions concerning Pre BI, Brevo, `*.pre.bi`, HARnest, Stow, Har, preservation, and interface collapse;
- the HARnest redesign specification defining holonic participants, context grants, evidence, approvals, and local-controller boundaries;
- the August 24 Pre BI planning transcript describing Pre accounts, generated websites, communications, and low-cost service infrastructure;
- observed repository and deployment state in GitHub and Vercel.

Raw private transcripts, credentials, chain-of-thought, and user PII are not committed here.
