ADR 0001: Main is the canonical map

Context

Pre spans several repositories and previously relied too heavily on conversational context.

Decision

prepace/main, published at main.pre.bi, is the canonical map of the system: terminology, boundaries, observed status, contracts, decisions, schemas, and ordered roadmap.

It does not absorb every implementation repository.

Consequences

• Cold participants receive one reliable starting point.
• Related repos remain independently addressable holons.
• main must stay compact and distinguish observation from aspiration.
• Implementation changes that alter canonical boundaries must update main.
