Source policy

Raw conversations, transcripts, repository states, diagrams, and experiments are evidence for decisions. They are not automatically canonical truth.

main distills them into explicit context and decision records while preserving enough provenance to revisit disputed conclusions.

Initial source classes

• August 2026 architecture discussions concerning Pre BI, Brevo, *.pre.bi, HARnest, Stow, Har, preservation, and interface collapse;
• the HARnest redesign specification defining holonic participants, context grants, evidence, approvals, and local-controller boundaries;
• the August 24 Pre BI planning transcript describing Pre accounts, generated websites, communications, and low-cost service infrastructure;
• observed repository and deployment state in GitHub and Vercel.

Raw private transcripts, credentials, chain-of-thought, and user PII are not committed here.
